We inherited an 18-month Sales Cloud programme with three failed go-lives and a leadership team out of patience. The architecture was sound in places and fatally over-engineered in others.

Service Cloud and a quiet AI layer for 600 agents.

A regional payor's contact centre was running on a brittle legacy stack with handle times trending the wrong way. We re-platformed onto Service Cloud and rebuilt the agent console around the actual workflow.

Then we added LLM-backed case summarisation with HIPAA-aware grounding — no patient data leaving the boundary, full audit trail. Throughput per agent rose 30% without adding headcount.
